Types of spray pump nozzles:
Thick spray nozzles (in terms of locking mode) are divided into the following two categories:
1. Left and right lock: The thick nozzle and end part of the sprayer can be opened and closed by turning left and right.
2. Screw: In this case, by pressing the sprayer nozzle and turning it clockwise, the sprayer is locked.
The action of closing the nozzle prevents material from spilling out during handling.

Thanapak thick rims are produced in two sizes, 24 and 28 mm; These dimensions can be changed depending on the dimensions of the bottle screw. In terms of appearance, the rims are divided into two categories: simple and ivory.
How are the colors in thick sprays?
As mentioned above, Thanapak thick sprays are produced in a wide range of colors. This variety of colors can be seen in the parts of the bottle, rim, nozzle and the middle piece (a piece between the rim and the nozzle). Let’s talk more about this. In general, the colors are divided into two categories: pastel and simple.
Pastel colors have the tonality of real colors, but they are very bright and close to neutral colors such as gray, black and white. In other words, if we add white color to the colors in the color wheel, we have turned them into pastel colors. In the middle piece and the rim, apart from simple and pastel colors, two types of UV and ABS plating are used.
ABS Plating:
This method of plating has its own fans due to its low cost and simplicity. Plating in the ABS way is that an ABS piece is charged and placed inside a chamber of paint so that the paint particles in this chamber are charged and sit on the desired piece.
UV plating (phantom):
The best type of painting of plastic parts is phantom painting. In this method, plastic parts are placed in a paint chamber and are charged by rotating around an axis and absorb the paint particles, finally plating is done.
The difference between UV and ABS plating
According to the points mentioned above, plating in Thanapak’s thick spray products is done in two ways: ABS and Phantom.
These two plating methods have significant differences, for example:
Parts that are painted by the phantom method are very resistant to chemical reactions. If during use, the material in the concentrate spills on the rim or the middle piece, the color of these parts will not change due to chemical reactions. But ABS paints are more vulnerable to chemicals.
The amount of error (creation of spots) in UV plating has reached its minimum level, i.e. close to zero. If ABS plating has many deviations and errors.
Parts painted by phantom plating are very resistant to hand and nail wear and do not change color due to these factors. If we do not see this level of high quality in ABS plating.
Quality is not accidental! According to the above points, UV plating has more quality. For this reason, the phantom plating of Thanapak products will cost more.
